Rose Rollins is up for the "Chase"
Tasha Williams is sticking with what she knows best: law enforcement.
While Rose Rollins’ character on The L Word may have been all about combat in the U.S. Army — and a short stint as a department store rental cop — Rollins certainly seems to be typecasting herself.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Rollins has been cast to play a weapons/tactical specialist in NBC pilot Chase.
The show, which is being produced by Jerry Bruckheimer’s production company, revolves around a high-priority fugitive-apprehension team in South Texas. Bruckheimer, who is listed as an executive producer on the project, has produced everything from blockbusters — Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End and National Treasure — to such TV franchises as CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and The Amazing Race.
Actresses approached for the lead in Chase are said to include Maria Bello, Tea Leoni and Christina Applegate, who also had an offer to star in CBS’ comedy pilot Open Books.
Rollins, meanwhile, is busy being a badass once again, filming Girltrash: All Night Long, the Web series-turned-film with her L Word teammates Clementine Ford, Kate French, writer Angela Robinson and director Alex Kondracke. Production on the Power Up Films project began Dec. 2 in Los Angeles.
So whom would you like to see Rollins working for? Maria Bello would be one killer bounty hunter, don’tcha think?

She can play ANY type of role she wants, as long as shes on screen, I'm a happy camper =) If she is on this show, I will be watching it faithfully.
I think Maria Bello would be the best choice, the two of them on screen together would be eye catching to say the least.
