Whether or not you thought the last-minute Michael Jackson tribute was fitting or a failure, or you loved Beyonce in couture or found it completely ridiculous, there’s no arguing that last night’s BET Awards played host to many beautiful women.
Several of those who attended were winners (Best Actress: Taraji Henson; Female Athlete of the Year: Serena Williams; Best New Artist: Keri Hilson; Best Female Hip-Hop Artist: M.I.A.; Video of the Year and Best Female R’n’B Artist: Beyonce) and others just showed up in support of their peers.
The fashion was some of the best I’ve seen at an awards show this year, especially because the women were not afraid to wear something other than the typical dress and heel. Here’s a look at some of the styling females that were in attendance:
