Morning Brew – Abby Wambach campaigns for Hillary Clinton
Good morning!
First, some sad news. We lost not only queer icon David Bowie over the weekend, but lesbian activist and writer Jeanne Cordova. Jeanne was a pivotal voice for queer women and especially queer women of color, working as part of Daughters of Bilitis and The Lesbian Tide, among many other publications and organizations promoting equality and positive visibility for lesbian women. She will be missed.
