Set your DVR to “Work!” because season two of Bravo’s Make Me a Supermodel premieres tonight at 10 pm/9 pm central.
The cast and hosts of Make Me a Supermodel
Supermodel Tyson Beckford will host and mentor the male models, and Australian supermodel Nicole Trunfio will mentor the female models. The “beautiful and talented” men and women will compete for $100,000 and a contract with New York Model Management.
This season, the judges include designer Catherine Malandrino, rock photographer Marlon, celebrity photographer Perou and model/lesbian icon on Jenny Shimizu.
As I always lament with America’s Next Top Model‘s host/judge/high priestess Tyra Banks, we cannot root for Shimizu to win. (She has already won plenty, and has the Ducati collection to prove it!) But, as we told you in a recent edition of Ask AfterEllen.com, one of the contestants, CJ, is an openly bisexual woman.
Here’s a clip of a brief interview with CJ, who works for a private investigating agency. (Magnum CJ, anyone?):
Will you be rooting for CJ and her sassy hat?
