In what is the best news you could possible get on a Thursday morning, the Orange is the New Black‘s Season 3 trailer is here! This is not unlike how I am feeling right now. Let’s dance!
The trailer is two whole minutes of pure “yesssssss,” and gives us a little insight into the upcoming season. Lori Petty is indeed back, and it looks like she’s going to have a pretty significant role. Also, Litchfield is apparently way nicer than her old prison.
There is also this. Boo’s new do?
Alex is back too, and she doesn’t look to happy with Piper.
But that’s ok, because Piper has her eye on the new inmate played by out actor Ruby Rose.
Oh boy. The lesbian drama that awaits.
There’s also what looks to be some tension between Gloria and Sophia.
And some serious reconciling for Taystee and Suzanne, which makes my heart swell 10 sizes.
Also, it appears Suzanne is dabbling on some fanfiction, perhaps starring the beautiful new CO. Not going to lie, I’d read it.
There’s so much to love in the trailer, and there is no doubt that this season will be filled to the brim with amazing stories, new and beloved characters, laughter and tears. Is it June 12th yet?
