Bisexual actress Anna Paquin is returning to HBO in Madame X, based on the book My Notorious Life by Kate Manning which tells the fictional story of a mid-wife in Victorian New York. The mini-series will be directed by queer filmmaker Lynn Shelton and written by Julia Hart.
