Last night Last Comic Standing‘s new season premiered on NBC and two queer comics we’ve always championed on AfterEllen competed in the invitationals. In the full episode below, Gloria Bigelow does her bit on “ghetto” at the hour mark while Dana Eagle delivers a set on being gay and bipolar with a lazy eye at 1:11.
Congrats to Dana for making it into the semi-finals! But in the next few weeks even more lesbian comics will be competing, including DeAnne Smith, Sabrina Jalees and Jackie Monahan. Tune in Thursdays at 10 p.m. on NBC to see who will advance.
