Hard to believe but it checks out
I might not have believed this one but it actually checks out.
On a “road to Sundance 2007” blog Keith Simanton writes about one of the festival’s official selections:
The film that finally brings the myth of vagina dentata to a major motion picture, Teeth is about a young woman (played by Jess Wexler) who is so innocent that she doesn’t realize it’s not usual to have a set of teeth in her holy of holies. Sounds kind of funny, right?
Then there’s the plot outline on IMDB, which reads: “Still a stranger to her own body, a high school student discovers she has a physical advantage when she becomes the object of male violence.”
Doesn’t sound so funny anymore, but it definitely sounds intriguing.
