The copy editors at the New York Post have outdone themselves with this headline today:
The story is a pretty crazy one – a Queens man essentially got jumped by “seven bloodthirsty young lesbians,” or, in another brilliant turn of phrase, a “seething sapphic septet from Newark.”
I keep trying to feel offended, but I find myself giggling instead – is it homophobic, or just hilarious? And will it soon be coming to a theater near you? The summer blockbuster: Grindhouse II: Attack of the 50-Foot Tomato-Slinging Bloodthirsty Young Lesbians!
