Hot 100 Preview: Crystal Chappell and Archie Panjabi

I’m back with two more picks from this year’s Hot 100! How did you feel about yesterday’s post? I’m thinking some of you were more than happy to see that Lea Michele and Michelle Rodriguez have made it on, while others were rolling your eyes and waiting for your own number one picks. Maybe you won’t have to wait until Monday to know for sure, if they are either of the two women below.

Crystal Chappell

Otalia fans, I can hear you cries of pleasure through my monitor. Yes, your beloved Olivia Spencer has made the list for the second year in a row. This comes just a day after it was announced she’s up for a Daytime Emmy for her lesbian role on Guiding Light — is Crystal having her own best lesbian week ever or what?

Chappell recently told Out Front Colorado that she didn’t have to prepare to play gay for Guiding Light or Venice because she is “equally attracted to both genders.” I’m sure this didn’t hurt her in the voting department.

Archie Panjabi

New to the list this year is The Good Wife star whose character, Kalinda, toys with our hearts on a weekly basis. Is she or isn’t she? We’ll find out Kalinda sexuality on the series finale at the end of this month, but I have a feeling Panjabi will still have us watching the series no matter what — especially if she keep wearing those hot leather jackets.

Panjabi, who hails from England, was also hot to us in her roles in Bend it Like Beckham, The Constant Gardener and A Mighty Heart with Angelina Jolie. I can think of another kind of film I’d love to see Angie and Archie co-star in.

Where do you think these women came in on the Hot 100? High, low, in between?
