According to a new UN study, the most dangerous place for a woman is her own home. We would like to say this comes as an alarming surprise, but it isn’t a surprise, it’s just alarming. We all know male violence against women is an ongoing horror show.
This particular study revealed that 58% of the 37,000 female homicide victims in 2017 were killed by a loved one. Sex-based violence continues to soar in Africa and the Americas, despite UN efforts. More in the video.
