Afternoon Delight: A terrifying discovery on “Pretty Little Liars,” Tig Notaro is changing the world

Good afternoon and happy Friday! We made it!!!

Happy birthday to Rebecca Hall, Christina Hendricks, Nina Garcia, Jen Kilchenmann, Sharon Houston and AE’s own Ali Davis

Can’t wait for season four of Pretty Little Liars? Well, you don’t have to! Here’s a promo for the show’s upcoming summer season.

Kerry Washington is Parade magazine’s latest cover girl! How cute is she?

Check out the latest trailer for Kristen Wiig‘s film Girl Most Likely. The comedy opens on July 19 and also stars Glee‘s Darren Criss, out actress Cynthia Nixon and Annette Bening

Speaking of Bening, this amazing woman is in talks to join the John Lennon-esque film Imagine. (I love her!)

Bening’s Kids Are All Right counterpart Julianne Moore transforms into a rock goddess for the indie film What Maisie Knew. (I would totally buy Moore’s album.)

I’m obsessed with Janelle MonĂ¡e and Erykah Badu‘s ‘Q.U.E.E.N.’ video. If you haven’t seen it yet, enjoy!

Academy Award nominee Jessica Chastain might be teaming up with Anne Hathaway. (I’m crossing my fingers that they will have a love scene together.) Chastain is in talks to star in director Christopher Nolan‘s latest (secret) project Interstellar

Game of Thrones‘ star Emilia Clarke has been cast to play a “stripper who brings her 3-year-old daughter to work with her” in James Franco‘s The Garden of Last Days. Ugh, why does my girl have to play a stripper?!

If you watched last night’s Grey’s Anatomy, did you happen to notice that the guest-starring magician referenced Arrested Development‘s Gob Bluth? (p.s. “They’re not tricks, they’re illusions; tricks are something whores do for money…or candy!”)

This summer I’ll be performing stand up on the east coast. Tickets are now available for my August 2 show in Pittsburgh, PA and my August 3 show in Columbus, OH.

Out actress/model Jessica Clark (True Blood) is featured in Runner’s World magazine. After I watched the behind-the-scenes video of Clark’s photoshoot, I decided that today will be my first day as a daily runner. (But check back with me on Monday to see if I’m still doing it.)

Photo of the Day!

Congratulations to Tig Notaro! Business Insider named the out comedian one of “50 Women Who Are Changing The World.” Also making the list are J. Crew president and creative director Jenna Lyons and out New York politician Christine Quinn.
