True Blood‘s Kristen Bauer and her “lesbian vampire lover” Rutina Wesley introduced Angela Robinson to give her the Outfest Fusion Achievement Award at the People Of Color Film Festival’s Closing Night in Los Angeles last week. The actresses know how great it is to work one-on-one with the out writer of the HBO show, who has also worked on several other TV shows and films you are more than familiar with, including The L Word, D.E.B.S. and Girltrash.

In her speech, Angela discusses being “gay, biracial and a woman” and she tries to serve all of those identities while working in Hollywood.
