Morning Brew – Thurs. Feb. 21: Samantha Ronson opens up, Batwoman gets engaged

Good morning!

This weekend I’ll be in Philadelphia for an LGBT Media Conference and on Saturday night, all of the bloggers, writers and editors are hosting a meet-up at Tavern on Camac from 9-11 p.m. for readers, fans, friends, etc. AfterEllen writers Dana Piccoli, Marcie Bianco and Natalie Hope Macdonald will be joining me, and it’ll be a great time.

Actor Joy Bryant interviews Samantha Ronson in this video and she opens up about things she’s never talked about before. Like gun control. In case you ever wondered how Sam felt about it, set to jazz music.

You might want to pick up a copy of Entertainment Weekly this weekend because the cover story is called “The Surprising Power of Pretty Little Liars.”
