Afternoon Delight: Angelina Jolie will tackle “Unbroken,” scary caroling with Brittany Snow

Good afternoon everyone!

Angelina Jolie is set to direct her second feature film.

Jolie will helm the World War II bi-pic Unbroken. The film will be an adaptation of Laura Hillenbrand‘s book Unbroken: A World War II Story of Survival, Resilience and Redemption. It’s a true story about Louis Zamperini, “a competitor at the 1936 Olympics who, as a U.S. Army Air Forces bombardier during World War II, survived a plane crash and then spent the rest of the war in a Japanese prison camp.”
