Afternoon Delight: Hailee Steinfeld’s Miu Miu ad gets banned, Angelina Jolie talks about her “bad girl” side

Superstar and super-activist Lady Gaga created a special video for 17-year-old Jacques St. Pierre and his high school. Pierre organized an anti-bullying program at his school in Toronto, Canada and a very well spoken Gaga sent her thanks to Pierre for his activism. This video makes me love Gaga.

OK, it’s official: I’m a little monster-wanna-be.

Actress Hailee Steinfeld’s new ad for Miu Miu has been banned in the UK. The ad isn’t over-sexualizing the 14-year old True Grit Oscar-nominated actress; instead, the Advertising Standards Authority believes the ad is suggesting youth suicide. Take a look and let me know your thoughts. p.s. I hope Steinfeld gets the dirt out of her eye.

In case you missed last night’s 60 Minutes with Angelina Jolie, you’re in luck! In the video below, Jolie discusses her upcoming film, In the Land of Blood and Honey, and how she’s still a wild child.

Jolie said, “I’m still a bad girl. I still have that side of me. It’s just, it’s in its place now.”

American Idol‘s Katherine McPhee stars in the upcoming Glee-ish NBC show Smash. Check out a first look at the series (executive produced by Steven Spielberg) as McPhee sings Christina Aguilera’s “Beautiful,” written and produced by out artist Linda Perry.

Smash premieres at 10 p.m. on February 6, 2012.
