Rosie O’Donnell is coming back to The View on Feb. 7. Should be interesting!

A lesbian couple reconnected on Facebook after 13 years and got married. Cute.

Geordie Shore star Vicky Pattison kissed a girl and put it on Twitter. Of course!

Boxer Ana Laura Esteche has come out as a lesbian after winning a world championship belt this weekend. In an on-camera interview right after the win, she thanked her “woman” and her mother-in-law. Congrats Ana!

Los Angeles high school students could soon be learning about gay history in their classes. So cool.

K-11 star Kate del Castillo wants you to stay away from the circus. All kinds of sadness!

Margaret Cho is set to star in Tina Fey’s new college comedy, which also has Fortune Feimster in a leading role. A must watch already!

In other casting news, Kathryn Prescott is coming to The CW show Reign, and she’ll be playing a queen. TVLine says Kat’s Queen Penelope “is described as shy and cheerful at first glance, but she’s got a sexy and darkly manipulative side, too.” Sounds like my kind of queen!

Shonda Rhimes and Betsy Beers accepted their DGA Diversity Award by saying they hate that the award has to exist. Shonda said:

“When I heard I was getting a Diversity Award, I was really, truly, profoundly honored. I began to get calls from Variety, The Hollywood Reporter, etc., and I was asked to comment on the award. Asked how good I felt about the award. Asked if it made me feel like I was doing the right thing. Asked if it had been a struggle making diversity happen on my cast and crews. While I’m still really and truly profoundly honored to receive this award, but I was also a little pissed off. So was Betsy. So over many, many, many bottles of wine we discussed this. We’re a little pissed off because there still needs to be an award. Like, there’s such a lack of people hiring women and minorities that when someone does it on a regular basis, they are given an award.”
Shonda is the realness.

Jane Lynch hosted the awards, and I really liked her look.

Sarah Paulson was there, too!

DazedDigital writes why The L Word still matters.

Speaking of The L Word, Shane Kate Moennig is currently filming My Dead Boyfriend, a film also starring Heather Graham, Gina Gershon and Angela Featherstone. The comedy is set in 1999 and is based on Arthur Nersesian’s 2000 novel Dogrun.

The AV Club notes that Vanessa Hudgens has some “Sapphic tension” with another female character in her new film Gimme Shelter. They write that Vanessa’s Apple and her shelter roommate Cassie (played by Emily Meade) have “unintentional” chemistry, but it’s one of the only real emotions felt throughout the movie.
