Halsey Is working on new music. The “Bad At Love” singer says her recent writing sessions were spurred by the “rain in California.” She says she’s been woken up early every day by the need to pen new tunes. Recently, a fan tweeted that they “need new music” from the star. The “Closer” singer hasn’t released a studio album since 2017’s ‘Hopeless Fountain Kingdom.’ Halsey recently knocked Ariana Grande’s “Thank U, Next” off the top of the ‘Billboard’ Hot 100 with the single, “Without Me.”
