No safety pins or brightly dyed hair on the outside- 100% punk on the inside.  I'm a musician, a perpetual student of both sciences and arts (I've earned one degree, and now I'm starting another), a library geek, and a self-described "language whore" (I love learning new languages- Russian, Hebrew, German, French, Italian, Swedish, Chinese... you get the point.)  I'm kinda shy, but I can get up on stage and scream into a mic until I'm out of breath and hoarse.  And, come on, I'm a queer gal, so of course I can pick up an acoustic guitar too and sing a pretty little tune.  Clear cut is boring- I'm a mass of contradictions.  Aren't we all?

(And FYI, I HAVE had the brightly colored punk hair, so you never know...  Maybe again.  Is that another contradiction?  Beautiful.)
