I grew up here in Alaska. I don't have an igloo and I've never seen a polar bear. I have family all over the US so I've we've always traveled alot. So, Fairbanks is a lot like everywhere else, just colder. I was a swimmer in high school, and was really academically driven (NHS member, graduated suma cum laude, took an embarrassing amount of ap classes). Essentially, I'm a nerd's nerd, and damn proud!
I'm a student at the university in my home town, but I don't live at home. I'm studying to be an engineer. After graduation, I'd like to live and work in another country for awhile, before figuring out where I want to settle.
