- I actually hate most chick flicks. I like a few: Gone With The Wind, Scarlett, Steel Magnolias, Sweet Home Alabama, etc.., But my real passions are apocalyptic thrillers and zombie films: V for Vendetta, Escape from New York, Escape from LA, The Stand, The Day After, V (1983 Miniseries) ...and then Night of the Living Dead, Dawn of the Dead (the 1978 version. the 2004 version sucked ass), Day of the Dead, Land of the Dead (I'm a huge George Romero fan, can you tell) and I loved Shaun of the Dead. (Thank you Simon Pegg and Edgar Wright.), Last but not least: all time favorite movies are 1) The Rocky Horror Picture Show and 2) Monty Python and the Holy Grail.
