I am a Christian lesbian with a Masters Degree in Human Services. I came out late after having tried conventional hetero marriage, which produced two kids - now grown! The oldest is gay, the youngest is not and he is the father of my 3 beautiful grandchildren.

I like to play golf.  I'm not a serious golfer at all, I just want to relax and have fun while walking in the outdoors.  I like to be outside and enjoy nature and birding. I play the 12-string guitar (self taught).

I believe in the baptism and the gifts of the Holy Spirit. I have written some praise and worship songs on my 12-string guitar.  I am into the teachings of Joyce Meyer, even though she appears to be anti-gay, but I refuse to throw the baby out with the bath water! She still has some very practical and very profound insights into scripture. And, I identify strongly with the childhood abuse she endured. I have read many of her books. I just finished Joel Osteen's book, "Your Best Life Now". I am currently reading Benny Hinn's book, "Welcome Holy Spirit". I read his Book, "The Annointing" before Osteen's book. The more I write the more nerdy I sound, so I'd best shut up about the books :)

I also enjoy the music of born again lesbian composer, musician, and vocalist, Marsha Stevens.  She is the composer  of  "For Those Tears I Died" (also known as  "Come to the Water") recorded by many mainstream gospel artist over the years. I enjoy working with my hands and think of myself as quite the handywoman. I was a machinist before I went to college as an older adult.

I have had "Holy Ghost neurosurgry" at the church alter for two very rare neurological disorders. I was experiencing some paralysis on my left side and since that day hands were laid on me I have steadily regained my physical abilities back - Praise God!
