26 yrs old, Living in England, South African from Cape Town originally.... living in the UK for about 8 or 9 years now (i lose track). wouls love to go back to CT someday, my heart is so there, rather than here.
i love reading, music, and skype chatting to friends, watching a considerable amount of tv and dvds, photography, animals, offbeat humour, and foreign accents :-)

- , difficult to narrow it down, but some great ones i've read recently include The Kite Runner, This Book Will Save Your Life, Half of a Golden Sun, The Night Watch, and the one i'm currently reading which is Shadow Of The Sun, By Ryszard Kapuscinski which is about a Polish journalists time in Africa, its non-fiction and just amazing so far. i also like Paulo Coelho, Eoin Colfer, Michael Crichton, JK Rowling, Dean Koontz, Khaled Hosseini, Nadine Gordimer and some others i forget just now.....,

- wow - far too many to think of, but ok of ones i've seen recently, i really liked Volver, with Penelope Cruz, and also Hotel Rwanda.... but i have many many many films i love, its hard to pick a favourite. i like most things, but i particularly like unusual films that make you concentrate, or tell a true story about people faced with adversity, or something that makes you consider your own life and how you are as a person. i like the independent films, the foreign language ones, and Documentaries too
