- Diane Cluck to the utmost degree. Bjork. Cat Power, Kathleen Hanna everything, Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, PJ Harvey, Meredith Monk, Joanna Newsom, Yann Tiersen, Larkin Grimm, CocoRosie, Outkast, Beach House, Xiu Xiu, the Howling Hex, Sleater-Kinney, Animal Collective, Kate Bush... I like folk music, experimental contemporary, riot-grrl, anarchist punk... I have a slightly obsessive personality, so whenever I find a new band/singer/genre that I enjoy, I kind of exploit it. To the point of exhaustion. Just a little bit.
- Favorite TV Shows
- Six Feet Under. When I got the box set I pretty much became a hermit for 5 weeks or so. The L Word, obviously. It has it's faults but nonetheless, visibilty for the win. I don't have cable so I'm not too much of a TV watched, but I'm all about DVD-TV. I miss Daria. Jane is probably my twin. Stella, and Cartoon Planet/Space Ghost: Coast-to-Coast... Inside the Actor's Studio is so underappreciated.

- Ahhhh. I really love the 1928 version of The Passion of Joan of Arc. Silent film, best acting ever filmed, it's absolutely incredible. Tattoo-worthy, for sure. My Life to Live because Anna Karina is an amazing, classic beauty. I Heart Huckabees. Morvern Callar. I'm obsessed with Dustin Hoffman, Philip Seymour Hoffman (no relation), Samantha Morton, Clea Duvall, and Woody Allen.
