I moved from Montreal to Pittsburgh 3 years ago, and although I do miss my friends and the nightlife up North, I have been trying to enjoy all that the smaller American city has to offer. Like career advancement and a decent salary, for starters! I'm pretty busy with work, working out, and spending time with my lovely gf but I usually find time to go out to some of the better local dyke events like the Lez Liquor Hour and Ehrrin's monthly soirees at the Gypsy Cafe.
My biggest passions are my gf, my career, and dragonboat racing. For cross-training in the warmer months, I run and paddle outrigger canoe (OC-1) and in the winter, I train on rowing machines and weights. When I'm not outside getting my sweat on, I'm inside watching screens or having cosy conversations over food/beverages. I'm also seriously into pop culture--whether it's in print, online, or on TV.
