- Former extrovert who got tired of the sound of my own voice. I am relearning how to listen, and more importantly knowing when the shut the f*@k up! In the short time I have been practicing this and I have realized that most people just talk, and are uncomfortable with silence. However, I find it pleasant. Awkward silences aren't so awkward anymore. I am more articulate when I speak, and things are that much sweeter.My words are precious but with a self imposed limitation.
