“Glee” Music Highlights: “Prom Queen”

Last night Air Supply canceled their gig at the McKinley High junior prom, so the New Directions kids filled in.

First up, Jesse St. James (Jonathan Groff) returns to duet with Rachel (Lea Michelle) on Adele‘s “Rolling In The Deep.” These two sound great together.

Next, Artie (Kevin McHale) tries to patch things up with Brittany by wooing her in Home Ec class with Stevie Wonder‘s “Isn’t She Lovely.”

Puck (Mark Salling) and Sam (Chord Overstreet) kick off their prom set with Rebecca Black‘s “Friday.” And it’s far better than you might imagine.

Rachel really darkens the otherwise festive mood with Christina Perri‘s “Jar of Hearts.” Beautiful, but seemed a bit of a downer for a prom.

Next page! Blaine and Santana rock the house.

Blaine (Darren Criss) horns in on the stage, with Black Kids‘ “I’m Not Gonna Teach Your Boyfriend How to Dance With You.”

Santana (Naya Rivera) and and Mercedes (Amber Riley) supply the uplifting disco finale with ABBA‘s “Dancing Queen.”
