But Beth loses it. She says she screwed up, that there’s nothing any of them can do to fight this anymore. She tries to run out to her, but MK pulls the sheep mask over that all-too-familiar face and drives off.
Sarah puts her boots back on, and she hears the door open. It’s the EMS duo, one from each door, and they look at her like hungry wolves look at sheep.
They pin Sarah down, realizing it’s not who they’re looking for because she doesn’t have a scar. Which means my Helsinki theory might not be that far off after all. They try to figure out who she is, and the guy sticks his finger in her mouth. It’s a horrifying invasion. He says something in another language, but very clearly knows it’s Sarah Manning. So they get up and leave without any further ado.
Sarah tears into Mrs. S’s safehouse, ignoring Benjamin’s warnings and asks what she knows about what they did to her while DYAD had her. Mrs. S tries to calm her down, but Sarah sees Kira and starts poking around in her mouth until Mrs. S pulls them apart and sends Kira back to bed. Sarah says she thinks there’s something in her cheek and says she needs a torch and for half a heartbeat I forgot that in England they call flashlights torches and I was like WHOA FIRE IS A BIT EXTREME THERE, SA.
