“The 100” recap (3.06): Draw me like one of your skai girls

Lexa and Titus are fighting in the throne room when Clarke joins them. Lexa asks Clarke what she wants to do with the Mt. Weather Man, and Titus chimes in that he thinks they should kill him. Lexa snaps at him that Clarke can speak for herself.

Lexa constantly shutting Titus down gives me life.

But Clarke surprises both of them by saying she agrees that the Mt. Weather Man should die. Clarke says that if Lexa wants her advice, she thinks that this would be ending a war, which is different than how not killing the entire Skaikru for Pike’s stupidity. But Lexa wasn’t asking her for Clarke’s advice, she was asking for Wanheda’s ruling.

Titus explains that since the man was a gift for her, the decision will be hers alone. Her options are to banish him, or give him 49 cuts herself. She has until sundown to decide.

After that it’s candle time. JUST KIDDING IT’S ALWAYS CANDLE TIME.

Not too far from Arkadia, in a cave, Octavia is cleaning—nay, sharpening—her sword. Miller shows up and Octavia’s all, WHERE ARE MY DRAGONS. Miller tells her that her horse is outside and that maybe she should reconsider warning the village that Skaikru is coming. He mentions her brother but she says Bellamy is on the wrong side of history here. Her options are, let Trikru get slaughtered and risk a bigger attack on Skaikru, or warn the Trikru village and possibly risk a group of Pike’s people. The choice is clear.

Back at camp, Raven is basking in her new painless peace when Jaha and Alie come to check on her. And to ask her a favor. She’s more than happy to help her fearless leaders! Alie is looking for Alie 2.0, and thinks it’s within the Ark’s mainframe. Raven starts to ask questions, because usually 2.0 versions only exist if the OG version was buggy, but Jaha  cuts her off and just asks her to give Alie unfettered access to their entire system. Raven’s like suuuure, that doesn’t sound suspicious at all.

No, really, she doesn’t think it sounds suspicious.

Alie asks Jaha why he didn’t tell Raven the whole truth, and he points out that probably Raven wouldn’t want to help out the ApocalypseBot.

Octavia the Great rides her horse to the village. (Which, sidebar, makes me so happy. From being stuck under a floor in the sky to flying across the ground on her steed: The Octavia Blake Story.) She rides into the village with her hands up and speaks in Trigedasleng to tell them she means them no harm. But they recognize her perfect little face as Skaikru, and Skaikru just took out their warriors. Octavia says she’s here to warn them about those soldier-killers, but the village’s leader starts to fight her. She’s trying not to fight back, trying to convince him that she’s there to help, but he only lets up when the little boy from earlier steps forward and says that Octavia was the one who saved him. The leader stops pounding on her but tells her not to go anywhere, and Octavia sasses the kid again for not speaking up earlier.

One does not simply kick Oktavia kom Oktaviakru in the face.
