On tonight’s episode of Code Black, out doctor Malaya (Melanie Chandra) gets a visit from her ex-girlfriend, Carla (Shiri Appleby), when she shows up at the hospital with pain in her arm. Surprise! She’s pregnant, just like Shiri was when she played Leslie Shay’s ex-girlfriend on Chicago Fire.
The episode description says that Malaya is shocked by Carla’s MRI results, and it looks like they have a very serious conversation before episode’s end.
