ABC has ordered a pilot from Fortune Feimster‘s new show with Tina Fey. The comedy, called Family Fortune, follows “the family life and stand-up of Feimster, who grew up in Belmont, N.C. … it centers on popular gym teacher in North Carolina (Feimster) who comes out of the closet to her close-knit group of family and friends.”
You may remember Patricia Velasquez as the actress who played “Karina,” aka Jenny Schecter’s Marina character in Les Girls. Or maybe you loved her as Marta in Arrested Development. (I did!) The supermodel/actress is coming out in a new memoir, Straight Walk, and in it, she discusses how in love she was with none other than Sandra Bernhard.
