Food. Competition. Food. Hot women. Food. Really, what’s not to love? I can’t wait for Bravo’s Top Chef finale tonight, and I don’t mind telling you that I am all in with team Casey. Not that I have anything against Dale and his mini-hawk cuteness. Sadly, I cannot say the same for Hung. That dude needs to get taken down a rung, or 12. If he wins, they’ll have to change the title to Insufferable Chef instead.
Though, really, none of the three finalists is responsible for the show’s most delicious dish of all: Padma Lakshmi. And just when you thought the hostess with the mostest couldn’t possibly get any hotter, she turns the burners to full blast. Remember when roc told you about an Esquire piece in which Padma said that women who say they don’t fantasize about other women were lying? Well, she wasn’t kidding. In a Bravo blog post last year (ladle tip, jennifer from pittsburgh), when asked who she would spend a night with if she could get a pass from her spouse, her reply spoke volumes. Who did she pick? Stephanie Seymour, as in Victoria’s Secret underwear model Stephanie Seymour. Uh, I think we’re going to need a visual aide, don’t you? Yeah, I’m going to give you a minute with this one. The best part? Padma is single now. Do you think she has Stephanie on speed dial? Wow, this season officially has more lesbian tendencies than last season had saffron and foam. First Sandee. Then Lia. Now Padma. And they can all cook? Be still, my heart. See what I was saying about being excited about tonight’s finale? So, who are you rooting for, well, besides Padma, ’cause, duh? Whose cuisine will reign supreme? Oh, wait, wrong show.
