Out actress Evan Rachel Wood and Ellen Page will play sisters in the film adaptation of Jean Hegland‘s novel Into the Forest. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the film “follows two sisters as they struggle to survive after the collapse of society in a not-too-distant future” and will be directed by Patricia Rozema, who also directed the lesbian classic When Night is Falling.
