Yeehaw! That's all we can say about Bridget's blog this week with our favorite Cherokee cowgirl, writer and producer Nancylee Myatt (3Way, South of Nowhere, Nikki & Nora)

Bridget gets in bed with the woman who oversaw the birth of Spashley (although she doesn't really talk about that in the vlog); who created the greatest show (Nikki & Nora) about a couple of "ladycops" that you never saw on network television; and who had the huevos to put Maile Flanagan, Jill Bennett, Maeve Quinlan and Cathy Shim in a lesbian comedy together.

In addition to talking about Nancylee's career in television, Bridget and Nancylee also play with horses and buffalos (plastic) and talk about why spurs in bed are actually a bad idea (at least when they're worn by Bridget), while Baby Bridget officiates A Very Special Lesbian Doll Wedding. It's weird.

Last weekend, I attended the Hollywood screening of the new lesbian web series 3Way with a bunch of AfterEllen.com-related folks. There were lots of celebrities at the premiere, from AfterEllen.com favorites such as Christina Cox (Blood Ties, Better Than Chocolate), Mandy Musgrave and Gabrielle Christian (South of Nowhere), to women I'd never met but always wanted to, such as Kelly Hu — the hot mutant assassin in X2 — and Kristy Swanson, who played the first Buffy Summers in the campy movie version of Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

But the best part of the evening? Sarah made the mistake of giving Bridget and me a microphone and camera and then setting us loose among the celebrities.

Which means she has only herself to blame for what happened next.

Yes, spankings occurred and a marriage proposal was made. It's true, I did offer to give Kelly Hu lessons in Lesbian 101, and Bridget did incite an argument between Mandy, Jill and Cathy Shim over who would sleep with whom. Also, Bridget described her kissing technique in detail, we played a naughty word-association game with the entire cast of South of Nowhere, and everyone flirted with everyone else pretty much the whole time.

But really, would you expect anything different from one-third of "The Terrible Three" and the woman who shoots her vlog with a different woman in her bed each week?

Do you know that old saying, "Good things come to those who wait?"

We know that you have been waiting very, very (im)patiently for our big South of Nowhere mid-season finale extravaganza, and today we finally deliver the goods.

Our video blog for episode 3.8, "Gay Pride," includes a hot tub and movie stars (in bikinis!), the artistry of a famous guest-director (who at this point would like to be credited simply as "Alan Smithee"), as well as the typical We're Getting Nowhere antics that you've come to know and tolerate love.

What is it with the whole fighting obsession on South of Nowhere of late?

Last week they were "Fighting Crime," this week "Saturday Night is For Fighting." You know, when Spencer and Ashley were together, there was hardly any fighting at all. Except for that one cheerbitch smack down in the locker room...but that was all Madison's fault.

But nowadays, Aiden is beating the crap out of strangers, Kyla has mysteriously become verbally abusive, and Arthur is practically threatening Paula with divorce if she doesn't drop her homophobia with Spencer.

Anyway, we -- Jill, Dara and I--hardly fought at all this week on our show (aka video blog). In fact, we peacefully agreed on several things, including:

• Spencer's coolness for standing up to Paula about being a lesbian
• Matt Cohen's acting chops in his portrayal of a very broken Aiden
• That we should all wear t-shirts shamelessly promoting Maeve Quinlan's hotness

There's only one episode left to go until the mid-season SoN hiatus, and we plan to go out with a bang. Yep, we're still teasing our Very Special Episode of "We're Getting Nowhere" that will be posted in the coming weeks. We'll need a little extra time to work on this one, folks, seeing as how we're trying to bring some professionals into the picture to help us clean up our act.
