It's movie poster time! (And you know what that really means: I'm too tired to actually write.)

First, Miss Pettigrew Lives for a Day:

The linster blogged about this one a while ago. In the poster, Frances McDormand doesn't really look shocked — more like intrigued. That could be wishful thinking on my part.

Next, Nim's Island:

I love the trailer and am looking forward to the movie, but why does Jodie Foster look so weird in the poster? Her face has been softened or something. I don't like it.

Sarah Michelle Gellar fans look forward to foursome

I miss Buffy.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m very happy with the Buffy the Vampire Slayer comic book. It’s smart, funny and has a lot of the same sensibilities as the TV show. But one crucial element simply cannot be captured on paper: the flesh-and-blood goodness of Sarah Michelle Gellar.

This is how dorky cute Gellar is. InStyle recently asked her, among others, to answer the question, “What’s sexy now?” I love her answer: “Sexy is what you make of it. A library is sexy if you’re in the right frame of mind.” Oh, to be a book in that library.

I’m always happy to hear of new SMG projects because I just know one of these days she’ll get a part in which she can prove herself to be the kick-butt actress we know she is. Or at least one that calls for her to be scantily clad. Oh, please. You were thinking the same thing.
