Kanye isn’t the only hip-hop star to be pimping lesbian artists: Rapper Ludacris gave props to out classical-pop musician Elizabeth Willis in a recent issue of Rolling Stone.

Remember that awesome "Glass Vase Cello Case" song from But I’m a Cheerleader? That was a Tattle Tale track, a duo that included now solo artist Bonfire Madigan, whose The Lady Saves EP is out now as a preview to her upcoming fall full-length release.

Amanda Palmer has announced that she is waiting to see if her label, Roadrunner Records, will officially be dropping her as a solo artist and her band The Dresden Dolls sometime this month. The decision should be made by the end of June.

Tegan Quin has been working as a producer of a new queer artist Char2D2
whose debut EP will be released sometime this summer. Tegan also sang
on a track for a new EP from ex-Sparta band member, Jim Ward.

The documentary film Fish out of Water scored by Kaki King will make its debut at Outfest in Los Angeles on July 18.

The Gossip

current European tour, and the recording of their new album Music for Men, which comes out at the end of June.
