AfterElton.com has an interesting new investigate piece about Heroes de-gaying one of its characters (the cheerleader’s friend Zach). Even more interesting is the fact that after reading the article, the show’s creator Tim Kring sent AfterElton.com an apology for “misleading the audience” by changing Zach’s sexual orientation mid-stream, but said, “making a TV show is often a very imprecise business”.
Now I wish he would apologize for making the female “heroes” so passive. Or better yet, do something about it!
