The so-called romantic comedy (I’m betting it’s neither romantic nor particularly funny) Music and Lyrics opens tomorrow. We’re all very familiar with Hugh Grant‘s shtick and Drew Barrymore‘s affectations, so I don’t have much to say about the stars. Pretty much nothing, in fact.
But I didn’t realize Kristen Johnston is also in the cast (she plays Drew’s sister). I kinda dig her. She was hilarious on 3rd Rock From the Sun, and she was scary-funny in her recent turn on ER. And she’s just plain awesome in this photo:
Johnston’s presence isn’t quite enough to make me go see that schlocky Valentine, though. Hugh makes me want to hurl. I’ll just watch Drew’s SNL digital short instead.
