Shane and Carmen: I don't understand why Shane could not concentrate on sex with carmen. What was the problem? Was it the tattoo or the syringe she found in the bathroom bothering her.

Jenny: What was the point of showing that editor not being into Jenny's book? I don't get it.

I didn't think this episode was very good. However, I think my judgement has become somewhat impaired by the fact that I now like Helena so much that I get really peeved and upset if she doesn't get lots and lots of screentime. So for all I know, this might have been a very good episode, I just didn't see it that way.

But it was very depressing. I thought season two was depressing enough without revisiting it all again in season 3.

The Moira / Billy thing was just a little bit too weird but the thing that really bothered me is how easily Moira seems to cheat on Jenny. I don't think these two are designed as a long term couple and now have a sneaking suspicion that Jenny might hook up with Helena. Okay, so that's a hope more than a suspicion. Alice or Jenny. I'm not fussy. But one of them has to end up with Helena. It'll cheer me up. A lot. :wink:

Can't really remember the rest of the episode except that Tina didn't sleep with the man. But I knew she wouldn't. She will end up with Bette. And all will be right with the world again...

lol, my opening sequence prediction was right - Bette & Alice!!

Anyway, I thought this episode sucked, only good parts were the opening, Tina NOT having sex with Josh thank god, Alice and Bette mentioning the opera lol, and Bette helping Dana chillax...... I guess in other words without Jennifer Beals (and Leisha Hailey to a little lesser extent) this episode wouldn't be worth watching!!!

Here's hoping EZ Girl sticks to just the music in future................

The episode wasn't too bad - now that I know who wrote it i feel much better!! i was starting to get worried that one of the writers had been fired, but now i know that's not the case. here's to hoping for better writers/episodes in the future.

the max-moira/billy thing really threw me. and lara, as much as i love her, is getting on my nerves. she needs to grow a spine, really! what happened to that take charge girl at the beginning of s1??

As for Bette and Helena there is room for hope after seeing Helena at Bette's for the BBQ and later at the B52. THis pair were even civil with each other. Am :praying: that the bitter tastes left by TIna and Dylan will unite this pair. Pretty pul-eaze.

As for Alice and Uta, they are most fun this season. Okay, pushing Angus and Kit to a close second. Yes, I would like to see more of this relationship...

I really, really like Shane & Carmen but damn it's a shame how there story line is going with Carmen's bad attitude. I hope that they can get threw the tough times. I hope Carmen's attitude will shape up or maybe there just preparing her because she's on her way off the show maybe at the end of the season because of the new gig she has on NBC. Can they please get rid of Max/Moira. She's so annoying and disgusting. She should've left with Billie. I would like to see Bette and Helena find good partners. They're the only characters I like.

I am so fascinated by who Helena will end up with, I did something I don't normally do... I read some spoilers.

The spoilers don't actually give too much away and definitely are no use in trying to work out whom Helena will end up with but they are quite interesting in other respects. So if you're feeling naughty, I'd sneak a wee peek. :wink:

As for Helena, I have narrowed it down to Alice, Jenny or Bette. I think Helena and Alice have a very natural chemistry between them. Helena and Bette would of course be very hot but I think it unlikely to happen, if only because Jennifer Beals is so very pregnant at the moment. Maybe in future seasons this relationship will be explored... it might even be inevitible. Helena and Jenny. Mnn. It would be weird... but good weird. :wink: :twisted:

ok I saw the ep. and I didn't understand the time line
1 Bette and Alice were dating for 6 weeks, according to what Bette said last season. So they ONLY had 3 dates in 6 weeks??
2 When Bette and Tina met, Alice and Bette were on that best friends stage after they had broken up (Alice said that in season one). So why Alice said that Bette was in love of a straight woman (Tina) when she was braking up with her on her third date.
3 Why their hair (Bette and Alice) dosen't look like it should? If that was the days when Tina and Bette met , it must be more like in the flashback of Tina's coming out story (season 1 ep. 12)
I don't beleve anybody notice of that, writers , producers , secuence staff...anybody!!!!

Thanks fo rhe head up but I don't think that Bette and Helena would be this season. More like a tempting delight for Season 4.

As for Helena and Alice, it would be too much of a replay of Alice and Dana as friendship transitioned into hot, hot sex. May need to rethink that given last thought.

Still want to see Helena and Bette to pleasure each other even if only on a physical level. Make it so,

Total agreement about the continuity from Season 1 to this event. It is just sloppiness of the part of the creators of the show. Different writers will use the basic events and mould them to their plot. Sad but true.
