Alex Forrest (Glenn Close) in Fatal Attraction

What? I thought she was scary; and those poor puppies... I mean we're talking Glenn Close here!

A few suggestions, though some are arguably acting as agents for a higher mastermind.  They still kick righteous ass when the need arises.

• Uma Thurman as Beatrix Kiddo/The Bride/ Kill Bill series - a classic anti-hero, she absolutely gets my vote for the top of the list. 
• Lucy Liu as Oren-Ishii/Kill Bill series - my favorite LL role, so obedient, yet so able to kick your ever-loving ass. 
• Darryl Hannah as Ellie Driver/Kill Bill series - crazy looks really good on Darryl, probably her best role, evah. 
• Viveca A. Fox as Vernita Green/Kill Bill Series - she gives soccer mom a whole different spin. 
• Kathryn Morris/Najara/Xena - so beautifully delusional and deadly.
• Rebecca Romijn/Mystique/X-Men series - what a lovely shape she shifts.  The whole series is filled with great female characters on both sides of the good/evil line.
• Claire Stansfield/Alti/Xena - IMHO, the queen of mean on the small screen.
• Geena Davis/Charlie Baltimore/Long Kiss Goodnight -probably not iconic, but definitely one of my favorites.  Love duality stories like this movie.
