Question about sex in s.5 ep. 2 "Look Out Here They Come"

When Shane is having sex with the second bridesmaid on the couch and she sits on top of her, are they having tribadism? I was just wondering if anyone could tell me what they were doing, it looked like fun! So thanks and lots of love : )
