I am new to Chicago and would like to show a friend a good time. Can anyone suggest some fabulous lesbian/gay events or venues? Although I am out and proud, I am not entirely familiar with the day-to-day lifestyle. Other than having a good time, I want to show her that it is okay to be out… We are both young professionals and I want to prove that our careers will not be hurt by coming out. At least mine hasn’t! All thoughts appreciated!

downtown there is a club called Sangria where they held WIld Thrusdays and its a gay night for all...haha need to say more?
