Hinter gittern (German serie)

Hello,

I recently discovered the german serie "Hinter Gittern" (= Behind bars), which began in 1997 - thus before "Bad girls"- and ended in 2007.
As "Bad girls" the serie follows the everyday life of women in prison.

The main character is the inmate Christine Walter, a rather masculine lesbian, who have several love stories through the years.

But in my mind, the most touching lesbian story in this serie is between Kestin and Sascha (2002 to 2004).

We can follow part of the story on Olessa's channel, nonce until the end of the tenth or eleventh season, I don't know exactly.
By what I understand, the last available season in DVD is the eleventh only, and the season twelve will be out in november.
I hope Olessa will continue her good job in selecting scenes between Kestin and Sascha and in adding a rundown of the action for each video.

Unfortunately, no video of this serie with english subtiltes is available.
I don't even know if the commercial DVDs have english subtitles.
For those like me who aren't German (I'm french) and whose knowledge of German are far back, Olessa's rundowns can help with online translations.
So can these synopsis of Dr Kerstin's story and of Sascha's story.

If one day a German-speaker do-gooder wanted to get down to the job...
