anyone tried Compatible Partners by eHarmony?

I just signed up for Compatible Partners, eHarmony's same sex dating site, and have received zero matches so far! (I live in the SF Bay Area) Anybody got experience with Compatible Partners? Is there enough traffic to make it worth while?

I also got on Match.com for 3 months and went out with a couple of women. I felt like I was seeing the same faces over and over. Also, a friend recently did some market research for Match, and found that people on Match tend to want one-night stands, and people on eHarmony are looking for relationships. I'm looking for a relationship, not a quickie or a f** buddy.

What are your opinions on Compatible Partners? Match.com?

What are the best online dating services you've used? or do you skip them entirely?

I have not tried eHarmony or

I have not tried eHarmony or Match although I have friends that have had no luck or some very good luck with both. Unfortunately, these sites can become expensive and I think you will find one-night stand lurkers in all places; you just have to weed out the ones you are truly in search for. I would suggest OKCupid because it is entirely free. You can have conversations with a person for a while before making a decision if online dating is your thing. Good luck

eHarmony is bad.

OK, I don't know from a dating perspective, but they only launched the gay site because of a lawsuit they lost.  Maybe not many gays are supporting them because of that....
