All my NYC ladies

Where are all my NYC ladies at? Show yourselves girls! :D

I'm gonna be heading to NYC

I'm gonna be heading to NYC in about a month! Definitely would love to hear some places to check out that are more lowkey and not so tourist-y.

NYC

I live in NYC, but haven't really explored the lesbian areas (ok, been to Cattyshack, before they closed it down and Eden...basically that's it).

Would love to attend the mass-hangout :)

hi

I usually hang out at Eden on Wednesdays (only part that stinks is waking up for work the next morning). For the summer, there's stilletto at Maritimehotel on Sunday afternoons (no cover!). Those are my current favorites. I'd be open to a mass meetup

Peculiar Pub has every beer

Peculiar Pub has every beer imaginable, and it's next to the cheapest (which means best) falafel place ever.  The Trash Bar has couches, lately I've been hanging at Savalas.  Iona has an outdoor spot with a ping pong table and fire pits.  Anybody else love hookah bars?

Also...

Beauty Bar, they have a 'margarita and manicure' special.  There's one in Manhattan and one in Bk.

Hookah!

Been looking for a sweet new hookah spot since my favorite one closed last year! Any recommendations?

Hooray!

I love Cozy Cafe.  Lame name, I know, but a cool atmosphere and cheap.  It's off of Houston, 1st St. and 2nd Ave.  Weekends are packed there which in my opinion ruins the mood; it's my favorite weekday wind-down spot, much more chill.

Thanks!

I'll definitely check that out. :)

NYC has become one of my favorite places to visit. i have a best friend that lives in east village and another in chelsea. when i went to visit, we went all over but two of my favorite places were brunch at elmo's and billy's bakery :). the night life was just crazy in general but joshua tree sounds familiar lol. i would love to move there one day but until then i just visit whenever i can.

anyone on LI?

I'm not big on the LI girl bars, haven't really known where to go other than Hen's and I think I've made my mark there a few times, haha

Looking to go out for maybe a Happy Hour this week, anyone around and/or know where to go for that?

Henriettas is a lesbian

Henriettas is a lesbian bar/lounge....Esco's on Friday night is a lesbian club i believe. as far as the other places...the Village and Chelsea Pier is a very gay friendly neighborhood. Joshua tree (plays all 80's and 90's music on giant screens and you can make requests its great) and south street seaport(there are boutiques, restaurants, bodies exhibit, some shops and a pier) are just awesome places to go and hang out if you are 21

used to frequent often

but not so much lately... Cubby Hole. on tuesdays I believe it's $2 margaritas. It's a really small place with a digital juke box/music player hanging next to the bathrooms, but it's a cozy spot. It's super duper busy on the weekends and is literally packed like sardines in there. It's close to the Corner Bistro, which is known to have the best burgers especially after you've been drinking. It's located on the west side of 12th st and west 4th. BTW, the crowd is really random. There are oldies, gay men, straight couples and some young people in there, but it's overall a good chill crowd. And the bartenders are really nice, but since the place is small it's usually only one person working the bar and at most 2. (=
