What is a Caucasian woman? What is a Woman of Color?

There was a lot of discussion on the women of color thread about whether Penelope Cruz, Laura Sanchez are white or  woc. What do you think and why do you think this is so?

Also, for those that identify as Caucasian Europeans or European Americans, how do you feel about the term Caucasian? What is the "requirement" for being seen as this. White skin, blue eyes, blonde/brown/red etc hair. Or belonging to a particular country or having a certain background.

And a special question for the European Caucasians. What do you think is so special about being called a European Caucasian? Why is it better than being called a woc and seen as belonging to an "impoverished corrupt" 3rd world country? What makes you proud to be of European descent?
