It depends... am I talking to someone at the time when I realize both my nose and my ass crack are uncomfortably stuffed? If I'm currently engaging in conversation, especially with someone I like, I would just sniffle compulsively without shoving a finger up my nostril... however, if I had a wedgie, I would probably still pick it out really discreetly so long as the person stays concentrated on my face. Everyone behind me watching from afar will just have to deal with it.
