Is iCarly iGay?

i always thought sam was a kinda butchy. maybe it was wishful thinking seeing as i used to have bit of a crush on jennette. (she was the only reason i watched lol)

of course they're probably gonna make her have some kind of hopeless crush on freddie, if they havn't already. i havn't watched in a while cuz the immature humor was irritating at times, but maybe i'd tune in if we had a girl crush from sam. or at least some sub text. (lesbian sub text on a tween sitcom, hmm...)

i guess we'll have to wait and see. =]

Carly and Sam have fought over a boy before, but typical for these shows they break up and make up like an old married couple.

Disney not likely to give us anything although they've had plenty of opportunities, so maybe Nick will try.

i don't see sam as gay...now, the icarly gang's arch nemesis neville....oh yeah.  definately.  i also love tru jackson:vp (keke palmer is just amazing)...the secretary for the Mad Style office, yep.  he's gay too.  Nick has always been a network to get away with breaking the "rules" by not mentioniong the fact that they are doing so. (do you remember at least half of the old show, you can't do that on television?)  it's no wonder that Nick and Noggin/theN are sister stations

Everytime my friend catches me watching iCarly, she makes fun of me because I'll pick up the SMALLEST hints that Sam MIGHT be gay.

although, she definately seems more of a gay character to me.

So i'm watchin it now, and Sam's decided she wants to change her image to be all 'girly and loveable and weak' like Carly (direct quote). And Carly said 'And you have to stop wearing boxer shorts to school.'

Funny stuff. Sam is a cutie. She definitely seems like a gay character but we all know you could never write an overtly gay character into a children's show. Parents nationwide would flip a shit.

they're all gay on spongebob, patrick and him had that clam baby together, squidward sounds and acts like paul lynch, and mr. krabs is never said to have ever had a wife, but has a daughter...that was clearly adopted in my opinion.

oh and i've always thought Sam was gay on iCarly, but maybe thats wishful thinking. in one episode she does call Carly hot (forget which but Freddie calls Carly hot and Sam's like 'you are..' haha) and she touches Carly's ass "accidently" in the halloween episode haha so hey minor evidence XD.

Neville however is no gray area he is 100% gay, idc if he wanted to kiss Carly he is flat out kidding himself XD

i just wanted to share on here, i watch this show all the time. AND spoungebob. and not because i think anyones gay i just really like it. im 28 years old. ha.   thanks.

haha nickelodeon or disney ever doing a gay tv character? No way :D haha. They barely let the straight couples french on tv, so I doubt they'll have a gay person or couple for that matter :P :P, but you never know I might be wrong :D i'll keep my fingers crossed =]

Sam pretty much makes the show. She's fucking hilarious. I always suspected gayness but I figured it was just be considering I suspect underlying tones of lesbian happenings in every movie/tv show.

the first time i saw iCarly i was 'whaaaaaat?', i even thought for a moment that sam was an out of the closet character, no kiddin! lol but then i remembered that it was a teen show, bummer.

But that's not only me, some friends of mine watched it and said the same thing! (and we're all over 20 lol). The show itself is surprisily funny to watch, it doesn't matter what age you're, it's still entertaining, what's pretty different from all others teen series. And sam's remarks are always the best

Sam is a total hottie, no kidding.

She's the funniest one on the show, i always thought she acted kinda gay... 

And Spongebob he is a total homo. i remember on one episode he is like "Bye Mr Krabs, bye Squidward, Bye Mr Krabs, Bye Squidward, Bye Squidward.. i Like Squidward" It was so funny.. lol. 

But back to iCarly bein iGay idnt think Carly is but Sam can go ahead and be one, she is one perfect lesbian...  and Neville he is sooo funny and gay. 

Shelby Max - Victoria Justice is sooo sooo Gorgeous there's something about her, eh what the hell she's hot period. She also looked kinda gay in the episode acting all tough and whatnot.

haha but I really don't think she is, they've just written all the characters to be kind of eccentric but really honest, kind of believable people. it IS really refreshing to see a character like hers though, instead of like all the other typical kid shows (disney?)

confession: I seriously set an alarm on my phone every Saturday to remember to watch the new episodes. haha forreal. I am going to college in the fall too. it's ok though, I'm not ashamed and all my friends know because I make it a big deal to get home in time if we're out haha at least it's really a funny show. so good. haha.

who knows, the writers of that show are smart. they make really adult allusions if you pay attention. here are some of the more obscure that sam's said in the same episode.

• Sam: Sonya! (Sonya runs into the room) I'm done with this plate.
  Sonya: Dessert?
  Sam: I really shouldn't.
  Sonya: I can make you cake.
  Sam: I'm thinking pie!
  Sonya: I will make pie!

• Carly: How about this. We go talk to the guys at Daka, tell them everything that's wrong with the Techfoots, and then maybe they'll fix them.
  Freddie: I think that's smart.
  Carly: Sam?
  Sam: ...Oh sorry, I was lost in this muffin!

Yeah, me and a friend were always suspicious Sam may be gay in the future as she grows older. Lord let that be true because I like being right :P is Sam keeps this up, she's going to be one badass hot dyke when she's an adult.
