Does she like me/do I like her?

Well, I had written this big essay with my question at first but I accidentally deleted it.... And then I realized I didn't really need that many words at all ;)

So, here's the uber-short version; what do you do when you suspect someone likes you, but you are not quite sure of your own feelings towards her? Especially when working together. And when you think she might make a move soon. Advice anyone?
