I would love to see this, especially for The Decemberists and The Arcade Fire (both on the same day too!). Sadly, I don't think I'll make the trip (I'm in N.Cal) and spend the $$ (isn't it $80ish) since I've already got tickets to two other shows that month, one already being The Decemberists. I'm just hoping I can get tix to see The Arcade Fire when they tour the US, as they have a tendency to sell out real fast.
But man, Bjork and Rage Against the Machine? can't miss that...
the best thing about coachella is how somewhat random the lineups are...like last year I saw madonna then ran over to go see Tool........kinda random but I loved it.

only a couple bands that i really love..but i've seen them already live. I would go to see bjork, the brazilian girls!!! all i'm saying is the lead singer for this band is HOT....umm the arcade fire...air...and placebo. Although it would be a fun experience.

Alot of my favorite bands today are bands that I discovered at Coachella last year so even if i don't know most of the lineup...after the festival I'll have a lot of new bands on my mp3 player, I plan on checking out a lot of them soon.
Last year I fell in love with and are now some of my fave bands:
Deerhoof, The Robocop Kraus, Animal Collective, The Infadels and quite a lot more. I'm super stoked for Rage tho, they're getting back together for their possible last show ever.

Oh yeah...madonna freakin rocked last year...its lame tho this year...i bought my tickets before my friends (this happens to me all the time) then it got sold out...so i know like no one from my area that's going...and last year i drove my van full of kids down to so cal from nor cal and it was a blast! there's no way i'm goin alone this year! anyone from nor cal need a ride/concert buddy? lol
